HUMAN DIMENSIONS
Human Dimensions
The Middle East is diverse in nationalities and cultures. The acceptance by humans of wildlife and predators, in particular, varies between nationalities, cultures,  and even within cultures. For example, an urban dweller, farmer, and rancher can have very different experiences and perceptions of the natural world and wildlife. We are interested in how these differences affect the policy and management of wildlife. We are also investigating mechanisms of attitude change and the subsequent impact on wildlife interactions.
